Letterpress
printing is o-l-d. It's such a wonderful method- incredibly
beautiful and tactile. We are able to set lead type and cuts (images)
and also work “digitally” using computer designed text and images,
made letterpress-friendly using polymer plates (now recyclable!).
Both methods provide great results- the polymer plates result
in crisp smooth lines, while the lead type and cuts can show their
age, which we feel adds to the charm of the product. |
